A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Tom studied History at Cardiff University, followed by a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management at Kingston University. Tom began his property career in 2005 at Ashtenne, where he gained his professional qualification as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. Whilst leading their Asset Management team, managing extensive multi-let industrial portfolios across Wales & South West, he dealt with numerous sales and acquisition projects as well as managing the region. In 2010 he moved on to set up the Wales & South West region for Hansteen, which started with their acquisition of Treforest Industrial Estate, and from there, growing the region to 65 assets, totalling £150m in value across 4,000,000 sq ft of floor space.
Email TomCraig studied at the University of Glamorgan, achieving a Degree in Marketing, before beginning a 12 year career in property. Starting in 2002, He worked for 4 years in Residential Property, gaining experience as Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager before moving to Ashtenne in 2007 where he joined the Asset Management team led by Tom Rees. In their 9 years working together on the Ashtenne and Hansteen portfolios Craig has been responsible for delivering a range of asset management initiatives across the portfolio including acquisition and disposal strategies, lettings, renewals, driving marketing initiatives, and working closely with occupiers to understand their property requirements.
